When we talk and listen to a child, we help them to have a voice. Having a voice that is heard is the most powerful safeguarding tool a child can have.If you have any concerns about keeping children safe or any questions about our safeguarding policy and procedures, come and see a member of our safeguarding team. Having freedom to make choices also means the child has the freedom to say ‘No!’ or ‘Stop! I don’t like it!’ At Little Gems Nursery, we want all of our children to be confident enough to speak out and say safe.
